Registration Terms, Conditions, and Policies
Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled before August 15, 2025 will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between August 15-31, 2025 are subject to a 50% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations made after August 31, 2025. In the event that ADDS Basel is cancelled for any reason, all registrants will receive a full refund.

As an attendee at the ADDS Basel 2025, I understand that photographs and video will be taken during the event, and I provide consent for ActiGraph to use images and video of me for event promotional purposes during and after the event.
